Product Orders

All orders placed through the Platform are subject to Glenmore Landing Vein Clinic’s (GLVC) acceptance. This means that GLVC may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, GLVC will issue you a refund.

Products and Services for Personal Use

The products and services available on the Site, as we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products, you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products  to be provided to you that we believe, are for resell.

Returns By Mail

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift, the item can be returned if the merchandise has NOT BEEN OPENED and its original condition and package to Glenmore Landing Vein Clinic. Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded. Please follow the simple instructions below:

1. Contact Glenmore Landing Vein Clinic to notify your returning the product and to receive return instructions, and return mailing address.

2. Clearly print the return mailing address on your package.

3. Place your merchandise in a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent damage in transit.

4. Return the package to us using the delivery service of your choice. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

Returns In Clinic

You can visit Glenmore Landing to return any items which HAVE NOT BEEN OPENED.

Return Refunds & Credits

We will issue a full refund to your credit card for the price (including taxes) of any item that you return with our return approval. Please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

It takes up to 30 days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
